A lizard of the family Scincidae (1275 species), worldwide in tropical and temperate regions; usually with a long thin body and short legs head often with large flat scales; tongue broad, rounded; many species burrow most eat invertebrates large species eat plants.

Skink Lizard found outside at my North Auburn Home
